Guarantees |
All of our bicycles components are a guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, bicycle frames are guaranteed for 2 years. Check the product description for warranty information. The guarantee covers the product in full, subject to the purchaser using the product in a way that meets design purposes. Misuse of the product may invalidate this warranty. If the product is altered or modified after the sale, the product guarantee is invalid.
Warranty |
This is to certify that your RMA Active ebike frame is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase. All other parts excluding tyres are warranted for 12 months. This warranty is not transferable. Should a defect or operating fault arise within this period please notify us immediately. Failure to register the fault may invalidate the warranty. RMA Active warrants that if a fault occurs within this period due to faulty workmanship or materials that the product will be repaired (or replaced at the Company’s discretion) free of charge.
Any unauthorised modifications will invalidate the warranty. Parts which are subjected to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect or misuse are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and tear includes tyres, braking discs or pads, bulbs, seat coverings etc. Component parts replaced outside this period carry a six-month warranty. (Standard terms and conditions apply for this period).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all goods are regularly serviced. Please ensure that eBikes are serviced regularly (once per year). Please refer to the user manual for more information on how to service your product. If you do not service your product as instructed in the user manual RMA Active reserve the right to reject a claim for a replacement product.
Your warranty cannot be transferred to another person. The contract of sale is between you and us. No other person has the right to enforce these terms of sale.
Product Descriptions |
The images and descriptions listed on our website match as closely as possible to the product. Some colours may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches. RMA Active is not responsible for these slight variations. We reserve the right to modify the product specifications where necessary.
Pricing, Payments, and Refunds |
When providing payment card details, you confirm that you are the authorised user of the card and that you are authorising RMA Active to take payment for the product or products you are ordering which includes the cost of the product(s), packaging and any delivery charges outside of the standard option.
Any refund will be issued only to the card making the original payment.
All RMA Active prices are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT. We do the utmost to ensure our prices are accurate at all times. If you have doubts regarding our price accuracy, please contact us directly 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email sales@rmaactive.co.uk. If we find that an error has occurred, we will refund any overpayment.
Cancelled Orders |
We aim to dispatch orders very quickly; therefore, if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 60 minutes of receiving your order confirmation email. Cancellations cannot take place once we have dispatched your order. An order that has been cancelled, redirected or refused, at the customer’s request may incur an additional charge.
If your order is no longer required please contact RMA Active on 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) to request a cancellation.
Return and Refund |
Should you wish to return an order for a refund, we strive to make the returns process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, due to damages in shipping or on delivery you must contact RMA Active within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refund. To initiate a return and refund for your order, you must contact us 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email sales@rmaactive.co.uk to notify us of your decision.
RMA Active will only accept a return and offer a refund if the entire product remains unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product(s) are not in their original condition and packaging, RMA Active reserves the right to refuse any product returns or refunds. We may charge for the repair or replacement of any product.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival; therefore, repacking an item for a return is acceptable so long as the eBike shows no signs of use. We will only issue a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product if it has been used. Depending on the wear, this loss in value could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Additionally, if we find that necessary packaging is missing, then we reserve the right to charge £80.00 fee to repackage the product(s).
You may use your own method of returning the product in the original packaging or request RMA Active to arrange a collection. The following charges apply to have RMA Active collect your return:

**At RMA Active, we aim to provide you with top-quality products and service at a fraction of the price. However, the charges for making a return outlined above are incurred by ourselves when we arrange a courier to collect your item. If you select a returns collection, you agree to pay this returns fee.
Privacy Policy |
When placing an order with RMA Active, we ask for your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and delivery address. These details enable us to get your order to you efficiently and notify you of your order status. RMA Active also asks for you to select your preferred contact method in the event of any problem with your order.
Unless specified, RMA Active may also use the information notify you of news relating to services, special offers or the addition of new mobility products. If you prefer not to receive these notifications or invitations, please contact us or send an e-mail to sales@rmaactive.co.uk.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
RMA Active reserves the right to store shopping pattern data to provide a better online experience for our customers. We do not save credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Customer data is secure and strictly for the use of RMA Active only.
