Your goods will be processed as normal and will usually be despatched the same day if ordered before 12pm.  Ordered goods will usually arrive within 1-2 working days for most of the UK mainland.  Delivery addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man will incur additional charges.  Please carefully read the RMA Active Delivery Information.

Your order will be delivered by TNT.  Please note: courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.

RMA Active White Glove Delivery Service Information

Here at RMA Active we want to offer the best possible service and this includes the delivery options to our customers. We are pleased to announce the introduction of the “White Glove Service”. We appreciate at times people need to have assistance with regards to taking delivery and assembly.

The White Glove Service can help with this and offer so much more. The package includes the unboxing of the product you ordered, having the product fully assembled, a full demonstration on how your product works and we will also be happy to answer any of your questions during the delivery. Finally, the packaging material will be taken away leaving you with complete satisfaction in knowing how to operate and use your new eBike.

Your White Glove delivery will be carried out by a member of our Product Support Team or our delivery partner Healthcare Distribution Direct (HDD), who have a wealth of experience in providing an excellent level of service. The White Glove Service is available throughout most of mainland UK, please check for availability as this service may not be available in specific parts of the country, and your product will be delivered within 7-10 working days from when your order has been placed. You will be contacted in advance of the delivery and product handover to ensure you are available. Once this has been completed you will be asked to sign a product hand-over form that confirms that you are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday can be despatched same and guaranteed for Next Working Day Delivery.

Missing Parcels

In the event that you may not be at your address when our courier delivers your order, please mention on your order an alternative, such as leaving it with a neighbour.  However, in your absence, we recommend that you collect the parcel from our courier’s local delivery depot.

RMA Active cannot claim for missing or damaged parcels.

If deliveries are made to third parties it would have to be at your own risk we cannot accept liability for missing or mislaid orders.

We cannot accept any liability for mislaid missing or damaged orders once we have delivered to the address you have provided on your order.

If you find that the product you ordered has been damaged you must advise us immediately on the same day of delivery.  We cannot claim against the carriers after this time.

Damaged Parcels

You should check the contents of each delivery upon receipt and should contact us immediately if you should have a problem.  If you find that the item is damaged you must sign the delivery note as “Damaged on delivery” and contact us immediately (on the same day as the delivery was made)

We cannot be responsible for any damage unless you sign “Damaged on delivery”.

To return a faulty or damaged item please follow the instructions on our delivery note enclosed with the delivered product. Contact us to arrange a collection. Please read our section Returns Information and RMA Active Delivery Information carefully.

Delivery Address

It is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been processed also, it is not possible to have your parcel re-directed to another address. It is of utmost importance that when you place your order you should know that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel.

Where no one is available to sign the courier will leave a card. You can then contact the courier to arrange another delivery or to collect the parcel from their local depot. No deliveries can be made to a Post Box address.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that the product ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of an approximate delivery date. We may offer you a suitable alternative.
