Cancellation

As a consumer you have 14 working days from the date we delivered a product to you to cancel your order or request a refund. This is known as the cooling off period. If you damage or misuse the product during this 14 day period it will affect your cancellation rights.

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that items are kept in your possession and are in unused condition until they are returned to us. You must retain all packaging material and cartons to ensure that items are able to be returned to us in ‘new condition’.

If you decide to cancel an order after the 14 days cooling off period and the item is in a re-saleable condition we will refund the purchase price you paid for it. We will not refund the delivery charge. It is important to retain the packaging material and carton to ensure that the product can be re-sold.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive an item which is damaged or is faulty, it must be returned to us for evaluation and inspection. If we find that you have a valid reason for returning the item, we will refund the price you paid for it in addition to standard delivery and packaging charges.
