When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually despatched the same day. You should recieve your eBike 2-3 working days after placing your order. Your order will be assigned a tracking number when it’s despatched and is available on request. Please call 01656 674488, 24 hours after placing your order to get your tracking number.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible so please contact us soon as you can after placing your order if you need to change any order details.
Can I return the bike if its not suitable?
You have a 14 day cooling off period.If you find that the bike is not suitable you can return it to us as it was received.Please carefully read our terms and conditions.
